I’m a sinner saved by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone. Jesus is everything to me!
This blog started as a way to track the evidences of God’s grace in my life on a daily basis: the aftermath of a heart transformed by grace.
Due to life being a bit more chaotic now, I haven’t posted as much (certainly not daily!), but I’m trying to get back into the groove of things now that I have a little break! I’ve learned that gratitude makes life more joyful.
My parents are Indian, so that makes me Indian too. But I prefer to say I’m Texan 🙂 I was born and raised in Texas and say “y’all” almost as much as some teenage girls say “like” (sometimes I do that on purpose, but it’s only because I love Texas). Speaking of Texas, I have a dog named Houston and I tell him every day that he’s my bestie. My brother is younger than me but about a foot taller…and he’s another one of my best friends. Thank God we’re related, because he’s too cool/popular to hang out with me if we weren’t (everybody loves him, and I admit that he’s pretty great).
By the pure grace of God, I have the opportunity to serve Him through medicine. I’m wrapping up med school now and will be starting residency in July 2017. Music, people, laughter, children, dogs, outdoorsy adventures, travel, and food all bring me great joy. I have a passion for seeing God turn brokenness into beauty and for sharing the message that #youareloved with anyone and everyone, because it’s true and we could all use some truth amid the lies. My life is not my own, but belongs to my Savior and I’m excited to continue seeing how He uses my life for His glory and my good.
